How much do you charge per session?
For an individual therapeutic session (45-50 minutes) I charge $120. Check with your insurance to see if they will help to cover part or all of this.
Will my insurance cover therapy?
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
My services should be covered by most other insurance plans as an “out-of-network provider.” This means that you pay me directly for each session and then collect reimbursement from your insurance company. I will provide you an invoice to submit to your insurance company.
I do work with a few clients on a sliding scale fee when there is a financial need.
What insurance companies do you work with?
I am currently an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO).
What forms of payment can I use?
I accept Paypal, Venmo, cash, and checks at the time of service.
What do you charge for supervision hours?
For those looking for to complete their clinical hours, I charge $50 for individuals and $35 for pairs. This service is self-pay only.
